eating like a big girl!
We let Sydney try to feed herself tonight out on the deck in between playing in her pool. It has become one of her favorite things to try, but pretty annoying to us because it's tough to feed her when she is grabbing at the spoon every second. So we finally let her at it tonight...

When Katie eats something messy...she too is on the porch, mostly naked : ). Sydney is a big girl--and so, so precious with her curly hair!
I always hated letting them feed themselves b/c of the huge mess it made. Sydney is such a cutie and looks so proud of herself :) When Taylor was a baby swim diapers weren't available. By the summer of her 1st year they were though and I am so glad. Luckily she didn't get much swim time that first year since she was only a few months old by the end of summer.

Too funny! I have laughed and laughed at these. You can just tell Syd LOVED feeding herself!

too cute! you guys need to get sydney the kid yogurt that has a thick consistency...she won't make a mess with that stuff. :)
